Audit Flags ₹75 Crore Irregularities in Belagavi City Corporation
Belagavi: A special audit of the Belagavi City Corporation (BCC) for the financial years 2018–19 to 2020–21 has uncovered major financial irregularities, raising serious concerns
Dreams to fly, fly higher than the sky and to fly beyond possibilities. But a few dream to fly literally, they seem to not believe in walking, they find their ordinary in the blue, and not below it. And they are the conquers of what we look at to pray, and no ordinary you call them, because they have reached what we only dream about.
Yes, we are talking about the aviators, those that fly, those that help us fly, those that have conquered time. And its day we celebrate them. The International Civil Aviation Day.
The word Aviation revolves around activities that involve mechanical flight and the aircraft industry. It was a derived from a word of Latin origin ‘Avis’ which means birds. It was coined by Guillaume Joseph Gabriel de La Landelle in 1863. And the Civil Aviation means all the non-military flying.
Would the world get smaller without flights?
The rapidity that we come across these days just seems so delusional, we literally do not have time to even breathe sometimes. But do we stop? Can we stop, sadly not! Faster the things wrap up better it is, and the speed, has now just become the necessity. And flyers and flying just makes everything possible. They have made this huge world smaller than we ever thought we could.
So on this day where we celebrate the glory of flying, we thank all those who made dreams come true. For us ordinary who could only imagine to touch the skies, thank you pilots and all the related staff to make it possible. Happy International Civil Aviation Day.
