Activists of ‘Operation Madat’ are trying to bring the backward students in the mainstream of education by providing educational materials to the villagers and Dhangarwada in remote areas. Accordingly, activist met the students of Government Primary & High School at Jangmahatti Dhangar Wada in dense forest of Chandgad taluka and interacted with them, Activist are given books, pens, pencils, erasers and sharpeners to instill in them a passion for learning. Also, 1 green chalkboard, 1 duster and 1 jumbo chalkbox for the local school were handed over to Laxman Shelake, chairman of SDMC and teacher.
On this occasion, Anand Kamble Sir gave an introductory speech, Prashant Birje Sir, Headmaster of Cantonment Primary School, Belgaum’s briefed the audience about why Grameen Shikshan Abhiyan is being implemented by ‘Operation Madat’ and guided the students.
For this project Dr. Ketki Pawaskar, Dr. Shantanu Pawaskar & Deepak Oulkar, Bhalchandra Patil, Gajanan Sabannavar & Chetan Shaha helped. Prasad Huli, Jagdish Gasti, Gautam Shroff and Sanjay Sable helped for this project lot. Swarajya Birje (3 years old), Shardul Sable, Vihan Patil, Sidhu Hagarnavar, Arya Sable and Suprita Hagarnavar (13 years) were especially present on the occasion.
Rahul Patil told the students that at the end of the given pencils, there is a seed of a plant (vegetable, fruit or flower) in the soil, which Seed inside of pencils back tip In the same way, recognizing the importance of organic farming in the future, we should also cultivate in the field accordingly.
