Speaking in Mangaluru, Khader said the government will prioritise passing bills during the session. Currently, six general bills are listed for presentation, with more likely to be added. As in previous sessions held in Belagavi, dedicated time will be allotted for discussions on issues specific to North Karnataka.

Khader declined to comment on speculation regarding a possible change in the Chief Minister, stating that his focus remains on his constitutional responsibilities as Speaker.

Preparations for the session are underway, including accommodation arrangements for MLAs, officials, and staff. A designated area near the Suvarna Soudha has been set aside for protests. A new garden will be inaugurated during the session, and a large 55×75 ft handmade khadi national flag crafted by Vinod Kumar Revappa Bomman of Kalaburagi will be displayed at the venue.
