After receiving several complaints from residents, Shettar visited the Tilakwadi bridge to review its poor condition. He instructed PWD Assistant Executive Engineer Shri Kolekar to complete road repairs within a week. The bridge is now under the PWD’s maintenance. Railway South-West Division Assistant Engineer Shri Mayanak joined the inspection and shared technical updates.

Later, Shettar visited the Belagavi APMC to resolve issues faced by traders from the Jai Kisan Bazaar Market, whose licenses were recently cancelled. He asked APMC officials to provide temporary facilities for these traders for three months, until court orders are issued. This arrangement will let them continue trading during the Sunday farmers’ market.
Shettar stressed that traders must not face any inconvenience during this period.
Former Deputy Mayor Reshma Patil, BJP leader Murughendragaud Patil, and several officials accompanied him during the visits.
