Stunning Murals Highlight Culture and Conservation
Talented artists are painting striking murals along key roads leading to the session venue. These artworks celebrate Karnataka’s rich literary heritage, rural art, and environmental conservation. Near the Rani Chennamma Circle, portraits of Jnanpith award-winning authors captivate passersby, while other murals depict rural lifestyles, cleanliness drives, and the freedom movement.
CSR Support Drives Beautification Efforts
The Engineers and Builders Associations contributed ₹2.5 lakh through CSR initiatives to fund the project. Environmental Engineer Hanumant Kaladagi shared that professional artists and art teachers are actively involved in creating these beautiful visuals. Public spaces, including the government guesthouse, now feature illustrations explaining government welfare schemes. These visuals aim to inform and inspire citizens, making the city more welcoming for attendees.
Belagavi as a Cultural Hub
This beautification initiative highlights Belagavi’s dedication to preserving art and culture while preparing for a major state event. The efforts ensure that the city will shine during the session, leaving a lasting impression on attendees. By showcasing its heritage, Belagavi positions itself as a cultural hub that blends tradition with progress.
