Belagavi: In a proud achievement for Karnataka Law Society’s Raja Lakhamagouda Law College, eight of its law graduates have been selected as civil judges, as per the recently announced results of the recruitment examination.

The successful candidates are Shreya Utture, Priyanka Rajgolkar, Vijay Kumar Budri, Nagaraj Talwar, Halyalappa, Mounesh Badiger, Naveen Khoparde and Jagadish Kittur. The graduates, who completed either the three-year LL.B or five-year integrated law course, cleared all three rounds of the competitive selection process.

The achievement has brought laurels to the 87-year-old institution. The college attributed the success to the students’ dedication and the continuous guidance and support provided by faculty members.
Karnataka Law Society chairman P.S. Sahukar, president A.K. Tagare, governing council chairman R.S. Mutalik, principal A.H. Hawaldar, along with faculty and staff, congratulated the newly selected civil judges, according to a release.
