Ahead of the event, the district administration and the Yellamma Temple Development Authority have reviewed arrangements and are in the final stages of preparation. To ensure adequate drinking water, four overhead tanks and 39 water points have been set up. Over 300 rooms have been reserved in accommodation complexes, while toilets in the hill area have been renovated and made ready for use.
Health and safety measures have also been strengthened. A clinic has been opened near Counter No. 1, three first-aid centres will function along the approach road, and ambulances and fire tenders have been kept on standby. A central public address system has been installed to provide timely information to devotees.

Security has been tightened with the deployment of 300 police personnel and 400 home guards. Four watchtowers have been erected, and 68 CCTV cameras have been installed at key locations, including the temple premises and ticket counters.
To facilitate transport, 25 buses will operate from Belagavi to Yellamma Gudda, with additional services planned based on crowd density. Vendors from various places have already begun setting up stalls selling puja items, fruits, sweets, toys, and other goods.
