It was founded by LATE SHRI. KOMALANNA DODDANNAR in year 1962. The vision behind building this institution was to give valuable and interactive education from generation to generation.
School is situated near Belgaum fort, old PB road Belgaum. It has went under various Changes in structure and in format of education system.
However small it started, now it stands tall with a 3 floor building consisting of three playgrounds and canteen in it. The trust will be of 58 years old this year.
Surrounding of college is beautiful, its one side is backed by the fort built by Ratha dynasty in 13th century and another side by the over bridge. School surrounding contain Kannada medium school, besides English medium school. There is also a PUC collage where it provides education in various streams like science, commerce and arts. Opposite to the building there is another building consisting the course like MBA, BBA and homoeopathy.
Teaching in school is fully digital. Every classroom is equipped by smart class board where teaching gets Interesting and interactive and increase the engagement of the students. School also have the facilities of sports, it provides every sports equipment required to the students to gain Interest in sports and co curriculum activities.
