Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Roshan, who chaired a preparatory meeting on Wednesday, announced the formation of sub-committees to ensure the event is conducted smoothly and efficiently.
He instructed officials to manage their responsibilities carefully and ensure there are no lapses in arrangements. Discussions included security measures, distribution of entry passes, and separate dining facilities for legislators and staff.
The DC also directed departments to identify protest sites, arrange medical teams and ambulances, and ensure food safety, proper transport, and uninterrupted internet and communication facilities during the session.
Police Commissioner Gulabrao Bhushan Borase emphasized strict verification of entry passes for visitors and vehicles. Senior officials from various departments and sub-committees participated in the meeting to finalize preparations.
