Belagavi: The Board of Directors of Aequs Limited has formally conferred the title of co-founder on Rajeev Kaul, Managing Director of the Belagavi-based aerospace company, recognising his foundational role in its growth and evolution since the start of manufacturing operations.

Founder and Executive Chairman and CEO Aravind Melligeri said Kaul has been a key partner in building Aequs, leading operations on the ground and guiding the company through critical phases of development. He noted that the company’s progress and long-term vision would not have been possible without Kaul’s contribution.
According to the company, Rajeev Kaul has played a significant role in establishing India’s first integrated aerospace manufacturing ecosystem. He has also contributed to the development of the Koppal Toy Cluster and led the consumer ecosystem initiative at the Hubballi Durable Goods Cluster, including Aequs’ entry into the consumer electronics segment. Kaul also serves on the boards of Aequs’ joint venture companies.
