Officials from the district administration, police department, traffic control wing, PWD and the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) participated in the discussions.

The flyover project will be implemented in three phases. The first phase will begin at Rani Chennamma Circle, and after its completion, the remaining two phases will be taken up sequentially. Detailed discussions were held on traffic management, technical challenges and inter-departmental coordination.

The minister directed officials to ensure alternative traffic arrangements during the construction period so that commuters and the general public face minimal inconvenience. He also stressed the need for smooth execution of the project without affecting daily life and administrative functioning.
