Belagavi:
Water supply in Belagavi city will be disrupted for four days starting Wednesday, April 1, due to ongoing underground main pipeline connection work, according to L&T company.

Currently, the city receives water once every eight days. With this four-day disruption, the supply gap is expected to extend to nearly 12 days, adding to residents’ difficulties.

The Karnataka Water Supply Board has urged citizens to use water judiciously and cooperate during the period. Officials warned that the situation could worsen as water is already being supplied at low pressure, and many wells and borewells in the city have dried up, leading to scarcity.
