
On behalf of Mazdoor Navnirman Sangh, 'Operation Madat' Group & Yellur Panchayat jointly organization of World Women's Day with working womens under MGNREGA, Yellur.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day today, Women’s Day was organized along with ‘Operation Madat’ Group, Yellur Gram Panchayat through ‘Mazdoor Navnirman Sangh’ which is struggling to solve the problems of hardworking workers and get them justice. As the chief guest of this program, famous Gynecologist in Belgaum City Dr. Surekha Pote, Yellur Gram Panchayat President Satish Patil, In-charge PDO Sadanand Marathe and State Level Rural areas Women Weightlifter Nakusha (Disha) Patil were among the beneficiaries. Mnrega workers of Yellur welcomed the guests with bouquets of flowers. On this occasion, Dr. Surekha Pote narrated the history of Women’s Day and explained its importance, President Satish Patil wished women day and urged them to take advantage of government schemes, On behalf of Yellur Panchayat, PDO Sadanand Marathe gave warm greetings to the womens of Mnrega who presented, And budding young weightlifter Nakusha (Disha) Patil, speaking to the womens in dialect, told them to prepare their daughters to stand on their own feet and not just to cook food & take care of childrens.

On behalf of ‘Majdoor Navnirman Sangh’, Rahul Patil first saluted all the women and starts the program, introducing the guests as well as vote of thanks. After the program all the women were given tea and biscuits on behalf of the Yellur panchayat. Kaustubh Pote, Nirmala Barsakale, Shobha Kundekar, Gurudevi Ramdurg, Kavita Goral, Reshma Kurangi, Suman Goral, and Jyoti Melge contributed a lot to making the program a success.
