“Smart is the city, Smarter are we!
But in between, there are those we have left hanging,
And there is no one to see,
Yes, the bigger picture needs to be focused on,
But the smaller loopholes,
who is going to stand for?
Come let’s raise some voice,
It should be our duty, and not just by choice”
The huge vehicles on road, loaded with chicken, have been suffocating the people around for the past 15 days now. The problem just doesn’t end here, there are layers to this problem.
The traffic, it’s evident about how roads get blocked merely by the small vehicles parked around. Then imagine the scale of the grievance caused if such huge trucks are parked on the main roads, blocking the way for almost 15 days now.
And the stray dogs who are not being looked after are causing too much trouble to the residents. They have been lingering around those trucks adding to the count of the insects and fleas.
The smell caused is affecting the old people and the diseased with a lot of added troubles. And to bring in notice that the COVID times while it is mandatory for us to look after the cleanliness, such incidents come in light and we just don’t know with all this where are going.
And all this is not being highlighted to just bring in the notice the problem, it’s the bigger picture that needs to focus on, many such smaller issues have been neglected. We don’t understand the scale of the impact all these problems caused until we face it. So let’s not wait for another incident to help us awaken.
Let’s raise our voices early, and prevent the problems so that we do not need to find any cure. Team Marvelous Belgaum requests the necessary officials to take precautionary measures. And the citizens to maintain it.
“Every voice raised for right will find it’s the destination!”
