Hunger is one the biggest enemy of the poor!
Many poor people cannot even afford one time food due to their bad conditions.
Similar incident was seen near Civil Hospital where a poor man who had come for the treatment of his wife in Civil Hospital was seen begging money for food. It’s heart breaking to hear this. He informed that he belonged from a rural area nearby Belgaum, hardly knew any other languages except Kannada to speak, and was hungry could not afford the meal from the hotels present outside the hospital.
Many social workers of Belgaum are serving food for free to the poor and needy. But due to lack of funds, no regular basis of food supply, it is a problem for the poor people who come for treatment and have to stay for many days.
Marvelous Belgaum team is trying to reach each and every problem as much as possible. But, this time it is was heart breaking for us to hear about this incident happening in our own city. We request the citizens, social workers, and the officials to look after this problem. As we believe that together we can change, but we need your help to solve this problem.
