I was born and brought up in Belgaum, as a teenager I was always fascinated towards social work and marketing and always tried to discover innovative marketing methods.
I was always counted upon as a strong willed child of the family. So, it wasn’t difficult for my parents to notice the urge in me which demanded to stand apart from the crowd and write down my own destiny.
I began my journey as a teenager and I decided to step into the field of my dreams, and my first job was as a director for an NGO named “Incredible Belgaum”. I served there for a couple of years. Then in the year 2012 my dream received a title that is ” Marvelous Belgaum “
But that wasn’t all, I still needed to gear up and collect a lot of information about the society, the problem they have been facing and how I can help their voice to reach the concerned authorities.
Over the years I have learnt that media has its own pros and cons. It can keep us connected, it can give voice to the voiceless but, it can also be used for disinformation and hate. So it solely depends on us that which side of the coin are we going to utilize. And my journey as an employee, director and for now as a CEO has not been a path covered with roses. I also had my own personal battles to be fought. And through out my journey my family has been my strongest support system, I will forever be indebted to them.
My only motive was “To rise above all the negativity and keep my eyes on the brighter side of life”.
And here I am today still learning, growing and helping to intensify the unheard voices.

Team Head, Marvelous Belgaum

Rohit Sukhasare has been an integral part of Marvelous Belgaum since 2018. As a passionate photographer he joined the team, capturing the beauty and spirit of Belagavi. Over time, his dedication, creativity, and commitment to social causes made him one of the pillars of the team.

From covering flood relief efforts to COVID-19 initiatives, Rohit has actively worked on the ground, ensuring Marvelous Belgaum continues to be a platform that not only informs but also inspires. His journey with the team reflects growth — from learning new skills to leading and mentoring a team of 40 members.

Alongside his contributions to Marvelous Belgaum, Rohit has achieved remarkable milestones in his professional career. Starting as an engineering student, he is now an AI Expert and has worked with ICMR as a scientist. Currently, he is working as an AI Project Research Scientist associated with KLE VK Institute of Dental Sciences, Belagavi. He has his publications listed in top medical journals and has built multiple AI models for identification of dental implants.

Today, we proudly recognize Rohit Sukhasare as the Team Head of Marvelous Belgaum — a leader who continues to blend passion, professionalism, and social responsibility to take the platform forward.

Legal Adviser, Marvelous Belgaum

Amit Sukhasare began his journey with Marvelous Belgaum in 2018 as a photographer, capturing the essence of Belagavi with his keen eye for detail and creative vision. Over the years, his role expanded far beyond photography, and today he serves as the Legal Adviser of Marvelous Belgaum, guiding the team with his expertise and insights.

Beyond his media and advisory contributions, Amit has been deeply involved in social initiatives, including relief efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, Belagavi floods, food and blanket distribution drives, and various community support activities that made a positive impact on people’s lives.

From starting as an engineering student, he went on to earn his M.Tech degree and has carried out his research work at ICMR-NITM. He is also the founder of Avishkar Minds, a company focused on innovation and technology. As an AI expert, he is actively developing new models and working on embedded systems, pushing the boundaries of practical applications of advanced technologies.

Alongside his professional work, Amit is passionate about education and mentorship. Every month, he trains hundreds of engineering and diploma students on trending technologies, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed for the future.

Today, Amit continues to support Marvelous Belgaum with his unique blend of professional expertise, leadership, innovation, and community spirit, further strengthening the team’s vision and impact

Girls Team Head, Marvelous Belgaum

Asha Janagouda has been a part of Marvelous Belgaum since 2017, when she joined as a volunteer. With her dedication, consistency, and leadership qualities, she grew within the team and today proudly serves as the Girls Team Head of Marvelous Belgaum.

She has always given her 100% for the betterment of the team, taking active initiatives to strengthen and uplift Marvelous Belgaum. Asha has been instrumental in conducting women empowerment programs and organizing cultural events that beautifully showcase and represent the heritage of Belagavi.

Along with her active role in the team, Asha is currently working as an Accountant while also pursuing her dream of completing her Chartered Accountancy (CA). Balancing her professional journey with her commitment to social work, she continues to inspire and motivate others, especially young women in the team.

Asha’s journey reflects the true spirit of Marvelous Belgaum — dedication, empowerment, and a passion to make Belagavi proud.

Sanket Chivate joined Marvelous Belgaum in 2019 as a photographer, bringing creativity and passion to every frame he captures. His lens has helped showcase the true essence of Belagavi, making him an important part of the team’s journey.

His involvement, however, goes far beyond photography. Sanket has actively participated in numerous social initiatives, including relief efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Belagavi floods, food distribution drives, blanket distribution campaigns, and many more activities that brought support and comfort to the community.

With his dedication to both art and social responsibility, Sanket continues to strengthen the vision of Marvelous Belgaum.

Rural Team Head, Marvelous Belgaum

Manoj Hanji joined Marvelous Belgaum in 2019 as a volunteer and, through his dedication and consistent efforts, has grown into the role of Rural Team Head. His commitment to the team and the community has made him one of the key pillars of Marvelous Belgaum’s outreach.

He has been actively involved in numerous social initiatives, including relief efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Belagavi floods, food distribution drives, blanket distribution campaigns, and many more activities that brought much-needed support and comfort to the people.

With his leadership and grassroots involvement, Manoj continues to play a vital role in strengthening Marvelous Belgaum’s mission of service and community development.

South Team Head, Marvelous Belgaum

Kartik Jadhav joined Marvelous Belgaum in 2020 and, through his dedication and enthusiasm, has grown into the role of South Team Head. His leadership and involvement have helped strengthen the team’s presence and connect with people across North Belagavi.

He has actively participated in several social initiatives, including relief efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Belagavi floods, food distribution drives, blanket distribution campaigns, and many other activities aimed at supporting the community in times of need.

Kartik continues to contribute his energy and commitment to Marvelous Belgaum, ensuring that the team’s vision of service and pride for Belagavi reaches every corner.

North Team Head, Marvelous Belgaum

Abhijeet joined Marvelous Belgaum in 2016 as a volunteer and, with his dedication and active involvement, has grown into the role of North Team Head. His consistent efforts and leadership have made him an important part of the team’s progress and expansion.

He has been actively involved in numerous social initiatives, including relief efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Belagavi floods, food distribution drives, blanket distribution campaigns, and many other activities that brought vital support and comfort to the community.

With his commitment and leadership, Abhijeet continues to strengthen Marvelous Belgaum’s presence in South Belagavi while upholding the spirit of teamwork and service.

Manager, Marvelous Belgaum

Shreeya joined Marvelous Belgaum in 2022 and today serves as the Manager of the team. With her dedication and leadership qualities, she has been actively involved in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.

She has contributed to numerous social initiatives, including blanket donation drives, blood donation camps, dengue awareness campaigns, and many other activities that reflect her commitment to community service.

Her consistent efforts, problem-solving ability, and enthusiasm for social welfare make her a key pillar of Marvelous Belgaum, driving the team forward with efficiency and commitment.

Admin, Marvelous Belgaum

Janavi joined Marvelous Belgaum in June 2025 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. As an Admin, she plays a key role in managing operations, coordinating with team members, and ensuring smooth functioning of various initiatives.

Though new to the team, Janavi has quickly adapted and contributed to social activities and team engagements, showing her dedication to the vision of Marvelous Belgaum. Her organizational skills and commitment make her a reliable support system for the entire team.

With her energy and enthusiasm, Janavi continues to strengthen the foundation of Marvelous Belgaum and contributes actively to its growth and community impact.
