Women’s Day is just another day to celebrate the glory of women, and among those we have a few who have gone too far and conquered the impossible. One among them is Preeti Patil, her struggles throughout her life doesn’t even seem real, she stands strong alone with 14 years of contribution towards her original brand of Hotel management industry NEXUS INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT AND CATERING TECHNOLOGY which is located in Belgaum. This year women’s day theme is ‘Choose To Challenge’, which means that every individual is responsible for their own actions and thoughts. The theme, further elaborates that from challenge comes from change. One can call out gender bias and inequality. To seek out and celebrate the achievements of women’s. Together we all can create an inclusive world. Be it in professional life or personal life, celebrating women is a sense of obligation to every woman in one’s life. It’s a day when everyone shows appreciation, love, and respect towards women. A woman is said to be a beautiful creation of God! It is a fact that all the great personalities are born from the woman’s womb and have taken their initial teachings from a woman. And that is why people give due respect to women in their lives. It’s a day when women are recognized and celebrated for playing various roles in different spheres of life. Women have a robust spirit which makes them excel in their fields. They contribute massively to the lives of their family members and the country.
To change, women need to entirely change new generation being raised and being educated to believe in the rights and responsibility. It’s not about women’s rights it’s basically about human rights to live a dignified life, and that concern every one.
Women exist in all sectors and Thank god for that but the safety and their integrity is very much every once responsibility. Empowerment is a very big word but it is used very lightly these days especially when it is concerns to women, empowerment is deep rooted cause and it has to be collectively worked on it and its letting them now that they have same rights and freedom to express themselves however they choose within the responsible boundaries of social norms and cultures or the society that you live in. I don’t think she might not be clear about that she is saying because feminism has had multiple interpretations over the year. No gender bias let the best person get the best job, lets believe in equal wages for equal opportunity as women in this century is very strong and she doesn’t need any reservation as such…
