Belagavi: The Udyambag Police have arrested two juveniles in connection with a motorcycle theft case and recovered two stolen bikes worth ₹65,000, officials said.

The breakthrough came during an investigation led by Udyambag Police Inspector Mahantesh V. Hosapeti. During questioning, the two juveniles allegedly confessed to stealing the motorcycles.
Police recovered both stolen bikes and have initiated legal proceedings against the juveniles in accordance with the Juvenile Justice Act. Further investigation is underway to determine whether the accused were involved in any other theft cases.
The successful detection of the case earned appreciation from the Belagavi City Police Commissioner and the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), who commended the efforts of the investigating team, including the Police Inspector, PSI, and other personnel involved in the operation.
