
Belagavi Introduces One-Way Traffic on Key Roads
Belagavi, April 30: In a move aimed at easing congestion and ensuring smoother traffic flow, the Belagavi City Police have introduced a one-way traffic system
KLS Gogte College of Commerce, Belagavi, has been accredited with ‘A’ grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) for the 4th cycle.
An assessment committee headed by Vice-Chancellor of Kolhan University Jharkhand, Professor of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology Haryana and Principal of New Arts, Commerce and Science College, Wardha, Maharashtra visited the college on 29th and 30th October 2021.
During the visit to the college, the NAAC Peer Team examined the academic performance, infrastructure, curricular and extra-curricular activities of the college and submitted its report to NAAC. After the perusal of the report of the Peer Committee, NAAC awarded ‘A’ grade to the college. KLS Gogte College of Commerce now has the distinction of being the first college in North Karnataka to be awarded ‘A’ grade for two consecutive cycles.
The able leadership of Principal Dr. H.H. Veerapur, the guidance of the IQAC Coordinator and the Asst. Coordinator and continuous efforts of the teaching and non-teaching staff of the college have resulted in this spectacular achievement.
The constant encouragement, guidance, and support by Shri. Pradeep Sawkar, Chairman, Karnataka Law Society, Shri. V. M. Deshpande and Shri. Vivek Kulkarni, Secretaries, Karnataka Law Society and Shri. A.K. Tagare, Chairman, Governing Council, KLS Gogte College of Commerce have guided the college towards this remarkable achievement.
