These areas experience heavy vehicular movement and pedestrian activity, often leading to severe traffic disruptions. After gathering public opinion, authorities found that more than 86% of residents supported the implementation of a one-way system.
As per the new arrangement, Ravivar Peth Road will now operate as a one-way route from Pimpal Katta towards Karnataka Chowk via Nargundkar Bhave Chowk (east to west). Meanwhile, Kalmath Road will function in the opposite direction, from Nargundkar Bhave Chowk towards Pimpal Katta (west to east).

The police have urged citizens to adhere strictly to the new traffic rules and cooperate with authorities to ensure smoother and safer commuting across the city.
