The upgraded campus includes newly designed landscaped zones around the statues of Kittur Rani Chennamma, Sangolli Rayanna, and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, giving the area a renewed aesthetic appeal.

Developed at a cost of ₹4.63 crore, the project features two open-air auditoriums that can together seat up to 400 people, along with eight fountains, a stone-step waterfall and more than 30 varieties of plants. The new garden is expected to enhance public spaces around the Suvarna Vidhana Soudha and serve as an attractive spot during the Legislature sessions in Belagavi.
