As our city Belgaum was included in the Smart City development projects , but it is observed that some of ongoing projects done by the officials have no proper planning for the undertaking project.
Near Tilakwadi, Maratha colony under construction work of electrical wires in underground roads is being carried out , but the the live wires were seen open above the road uprooted. When the locals asked the workers regarding this, they mentioned that they do not have any maps of the project work. Also, there was nobody present at the site.
The uprooted wires can cause problems for the vehicles traveling, and also the people nearby in the area. Whom to blame is the question the workers or the project officials.
We request the higher authorities of the area to look after this issue and to avoid further problems or accidents due this irresponsibility.
