How do you think we will progress to be a smart city or to anything better if we fail to cope with the basic maintaining of the amenities provided.
Hopefully we will get a better response from the concerned authorities with regards to fixing this issue and also we Belgaumites need to make it our responsibility to maintain cleanliness in our surrounding.
