Meanwhile, the district hospital’s new 60-bed critical care unit has been completed and is now fully operational. The facility is equipped with ventilators, round-the-clock oxygen supply, diagnostic services and specialist doctors.

The new emergency centre and critical care unit are expected to strengthen emergency healthcare services and provide faster, modern and affordable treatment to patients from Belagavi district and neighbouring areas.
