Nandagad Representative – Ganpati Patil
Nandagad village is a big village in the taluka. Kranti veer Sangoli Rayanna and Anand gad fort in the Maratha Empire have made a name for themselves in the state. The inconvenience of one of the buses, the buses do not come to the village, they go out of the village, so there are women, students, the elderly have to suffer unnecessarily, because Nandagad Katri 400 to 500 meters from the village to walk a deserted road.
The girls and women are most affected as there may be a couple of girls or women alone in the evening and there may be some mishap due to less congestion on the road. There is a thick bush nearby so the situation is dire. Nandagad Panchayat has provided good lights but no electricity at all. The road is deserted and its disadvantages can be taken advantage of by vagrants and chain snatchers as we see in Belgaum every day that robberies and chain snatchings are taking place somewhere during the day and here the deserted road at night is needed to avoid any mishap.
In 2012, the then Khanapur tahsildar had given an order and declaration to come inside the bus, but it was not running properly, but now after the lockdown, no bus is coming to the village, but for the safety of girls and women, Gram Panchayat Nandagad, taluka district panchayat member, grandmother, former people’s representative, Rohit Gurav, Ganpati Patil, Manju Giri, Vinayak Hanamshet and other youths of the village have requested all the organizations / political parties in the taluka and the citizens of the village to pay attention to this.
Hand over any vehicle to get to college on time.
Another serious and dangerous thing is that the bus is not enough and the girls are seen handing over any unfamiliar car truck to reach the college on time as it is not coming on time and it is definitely dangerous because the bus needs extra yen in time. And girls are urged to tell this story to your principal and family but don’t travel in any unfamiliar vehicle!
