The government is trying it’s best to make our Belgaum city more developed and is working on the “Smart City project”.
But the issue comes when people are utilizing the public property for their own use! The same was seen near paratha corner, 3rd gate, tilakwadi.
It is observed that most of the footpath space is used by the shopkeepers owner’s to park the bike and as well including for showcasing their products on the footpath.
The issue is who is responsible for this kind of act? Are we ready to be in a smart city with this kind of mindset?
